Nursing Services

Health Advice for preventing the spread of coughs, colds, and flu:



  1. Stay at home if you have a fever; don't send kids to school with fever.
  2. Wash hands with soap or hand sanitizers when you sneeze or cough.
  3. Get adequate sleep, eat healthy, stay hydrated.
  4. Get your annual flu shot.  It won't protect you against a pandemic strain but you will be stronger to fight a new strain if you are healthy.
