I enjoy attending workshops and conferences on an ongoing basis related to all topics related to education and counseling so that I can bring back knowledge and information to our staff in order to better serve the needs of our students.
My education experience began as a special education teacher at the middle school level. I have taught at the elementary and middle school level. For the last fifteen years I have been a school counselor at the middle school, elementary school, and high school level.
I have been married to my dear husband for going on nineteen years now. We have two active boys ages eleven and thirteen, a spoiled cat, two dogs, a bearded dragon, and fish . We enjoy participating in activities with our church, sports, and being outdoors.
I love to travel, shop, read, and spend time crafting. I love to be outside and to spend time with my family. I bake in my spare time and enjoy trying new recipes.
