Child Abuse; Bullies in Schools;
Teen Pregnancies; Sex & the Law
Come and hear Sgt. Bill Davis, a retired Beaumont, Texas police officer who has presented programs to over 300,000 people throughout Texas, nationally, and internationally. Sgt. Davis is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker and author. He will discuss all four types of child abuse, and mandatory reporting laws. He will also discuss a U.S. Dept. of Justice study on Bullies in Schools. Sgt. Davis shows how bullies are in direct relationship to domestic violence, and all bullying incidents are possible crimes. Texas is #1 in teen pregnancies and births. Sgt. Davis will show how a pregnant teen, 16 years of age and younger is a victim of child abuse and a felony crime. He will present excerpts of his program for teenagers, “Sex and the Law,” that has been presented to over 150,000 teenagers in schools throughout Texas.
